By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Stabil Wallet application ("Stabil," "the App," "our Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not download or use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," "your") and Stabil ("we," "us," "our"). Your continued use of the App following any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Stabil is a self-custody cryptocurrency wallet application. We provide software that enables you to manage, store, send, receive, and interact with digital assets across multiple blockchain networks.
It is important that you understand what Stabil is and what it is not:
We provide the software interface through which you interact directly with blockchain networks. At no point do we take custody of, control, or have access to your digital assets.
Stabil operates on a self-custody model. This means you, and only you, are responsible for the security and management of your wallet. By using Stabil, you acknowledge and accept the following:
We strongly recommend storing your recovery phrase in multiple secure physical locations and never sharing it with anyone, including Stabil support staff.
Stabil currently supports 21 blockchain networks, 12 stablecoins, and 13 native tokens. The availability of supported networks and assets may change over time as we add new integrations or discontinue support for certain chains.
We do not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular blockchain network or digital asset. The following factors are outside our control:
Stabil integrates with third-party decentralized exchange (DEX) aggregators and bridge protocols to provide token swap and cross-chain transfer functionality. These third-party providers include, but are not limited to: 1inch, Paraswap, 0x Protocol, Li.Fi, Relay, and Jupiter.
When you execute a swap or bridge transaction through Stabil, you are interacting directly with these third-party protocols. We are not responsible for:
You should always review transaction details, including estimated fees, slippage, and exchange rates, before confirming any swap or bridge transaction.
Stabil provides interfaces to third-party staking protocols, enabling you to participate in proof-of-stake consensus mechanisms and earn staking rewards. Staking involves significant risks that you must understand before participating:
Stabil does not operate any validators and does not guarantee the performance, uptime, or reliability of any third-party staking protocol.
Stabil supports WalletConnect and other protocols for connecting your wallet to third-party decentralized applications (dApps). Connecting to and interacting with dApps is entirely at your own risk.
We are not responsible for:
Always verify the authenticity of any dApp before connecting your wallet, and carefully review every transaction request before signing.
Stabil's fee structure is transparent:
Network fees fluctuate based on network demand and congestion. We display estimated fees before you confirm a transaction, but actual fees may vary.
The Stabil name, logo, design system, user interface, and all associated visual and functional elements are the proprietary property of Stabil. All rights are reserved.
The Stabil Wallet software is licensed, not sold. Your use of the App does not grant you any ownership rights in the software, its source code, or any associated intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the App without prior written consent.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Stabil, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to:
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, whether express, implied, or statutory. We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stabil, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice through the App or via email.
Your continued use of Stabil following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must discontinue use of the App.
